Villa Florentine, A Beauvallon Hotel & Spa Lyon

Unbeatable views and a beautiful room made our stay at Villa Florentine lovely. The staff were great too make our honeymoon special, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel.

The view from the hotel was amazing, with fine panoramic views of the city. The location was also great, with easy walking distance to the river and the charming old town. the staff was friendly, making us feel like valued guests throughout our stay.

The only downside we experienced was the challenge of getting to the hotel with our luggage. The hill leading up to the hotel was quite steep, and the cobblestone streets made walking with suitcases difficult.

The breakfast was excellent and the food in general was excellent, although the prices were higher than expected. The staff were friendly and helpful, creating a cute and relaxing atmosphere. The views from the terraces over the rooftops and city were amazing.

The mattress topper was too soft for my liking, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The incident in the restaurant where a chair collapsed and no one seemed to care or show concern for my well-being was disappointing.

Stunning river views, spacious modern rooms, and friendly staff. Convenient location near old town and river. Worth the price.

The luxurious amenities of this hotel surpassed all my expectations. the Spa centre, with its professional massage treatments, sauna and Turkish bath, was a total escape.

The only minor downside was that the bar area could get quite busy during the day, and a lack of staff meant that service could be slow at times. Despite this, the quality of the snacks and cocktails made up for the wait.

Staff were attentive. Welcome drink and beautiful views. Great bathroom with huge bathtub, soft robes, and French toiletries. Excellent dishes and wine offered in the restaurant. Exceptional servers.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, even offering us delicious complimentary juice and cakes upon arrival. The hotel facilities were excellent, with amenities such as a pool, sauna, and gym available. The location of the hotel, in the hills above the old city, provided fine views over this city. the cleanliness of the hotel was perfect. this hotel was pretty good in every way.

The staff is attentive, ensuring that all your needs are met. Wake up to a delightful breakfast served on the terrace by the pool, providing a serene ambiance to start your day. The facilities and room advantages add to the overall luxury experience.

The restaurant experience fell short of expectations.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 5-star hotel. The location on the hillside was amazing, with a lovely rose garden pathway leading up to the hotel or a funicular that took you up the mountain. From the hotel, I could easily walk to the nearby Cathedral and enjoy the breathtaking view of the city. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was well-appointed. The staff provided exceptional service, and the breakfast was delicious. I also enjoyed the facilities, including the pool, sauna, and gym.

The prices for food were a bit higher than I anticipated.

The amazing view, amazing room, superb breakfast, and helpful staff made our stay at Villa Florentine an lovely experience. The restaurant provided an amazing dining experience and the staff were very good too assist us with reservations. The comfortable bed added to the overall perfection of our stay.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Magnificent, warm welcome with a complimentary snack on the terrace overlooking Lyon. The swimming pool and evening drinks were good. The dinner with paired wines was wonderful. Our room was pleasant with a separate bathroom and WC. Faultless breakfast on the terrace. The staff were really nice by arranging a late arrival dinner and even prepared a special meal when we were delayed. The service continued even after we left, with the staff finding and returning a Kindle we left behind. highly recommended.
